Addresses complaints from citizens about conditions on both residential and commercial private properties. Officers investigate these complaints to confirm any violations and then reach out to the property owner to inform them of the issues, setting a deadline for compliance. Common violations include junk vehicles, uncontained garbage and debris, illegal signs, roosters, construction conducted without permits, and overgrown vegetation. Typically, property owners are given at least two weeks to address the violations. Extensions may be granted upon request, depending on the severity of the issue and the owner's willingness to resolve it.
