Focuses on strategies promoting a positive mood and healthy aging including lifestyle issues, stress management, assistance with medication issues, relaxation techniques, depression awareness, and community resources. Confidential in-home screening for depression is also available, with follow-up referral and advocacy support offered. Limited short-term counseling may be available.
