Provides a transitional living facility for pregnant and parenting teenagers and their babies. The home has five furnished bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as shared kitchen, living and laundry facilities. Offers comprehensive case management and 24-hour staff supervision. Dedicated onsite doula supports prenatal and postnatal wellness, facilitates healthy pregnancies, fosters secure mother-infant attachments, and ensures access to healthcare.
