Offers integrated, holistic behavioral health treatment that includes therapy, case management, and other support services. Provides mental health assessments to identify what level of treatment is recommended and to create individualized treatment plan.
Case managers coordinate care with client's primary care physician and other social service providers.
Some locations have counselors who are Deaf and/or hard of hearing and are fluent in American Sign Language.
