Application process
Complete the appropriate paperwork and file it with the Clerk's office. Paperwork can be emailed or dropped off in person.
Fees
For Anti-Harassment petitions, contact the Clerk's Office. A $53 filing fee will be charged unless the court has waived the filing fee.

Accepts petitions for the following protection orders. Civil protection petitions are heard each day on the court's civil ex-parte docket.
- Domestic Violence: Protection from an intimate partner or family or household member who has committed domestic violence, nonconsensual sexual conduct or penetration, unlawful harassment, or stalking.
- Sexual Assault: Protection from someone who has committed sexual assault.
- Stalking: Protection from someone who has committed stalking.
- Vulnerable Adult: Protection from someone who has abandoned, abused, financially exploited, or neglected a vulnerable adult (or threatened to do so).
- Anti-Harassment: Protection from someone who has committed unlawful harassment.
