People who are low-income or who have no income; primarily serves people who are unemployed and/or homeless. Eligibility for specific services that are available as funds allow: - ID (WA State ID card and birth certificate): Low-income individuals in transition

Limited funding available for prescription assistance and a voucher and appointment for free eyeglasses through OneSight Program with a valid prescription.
