Eligibility

People who are low-income or who have no income; primarily serves people who are unemployed and/or homeless. Eligibility for specific services that are available as funds allow:

Offers hospitality, advocacy, telephone use and resource referral information to low- and no-income people at a drop-in center. Provides WA ID assistance to a limited number of people in need. Limited funding available for prescription assistance and a voucher and appointment for free eyeglasses through OneSight Program with a valid prescription.
