Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.
Doors close at 3:20 p.m. for required closing procedures by VCC personnel. Customers arriving after 3 p.m. will be seen on a case-by-case basis, with all customer tasks concluded by 3:20 p.m. Active duty military (in uniform) have priority.
