Program serves surviving: - Spouses - Unmarried children under age 18 - Dependent children - Children ages 18 through 23 who are attending a VA approved school Low-income parents may also be eligible in certain situations. Eligibility is based on service/non-service-connected death of veteran and VA regulations. Call for specific eligibility requirements.
