Application process

Call for a brief screening. If approved, schedules an on-site evaluation, which will take up to 60 minutes to complete and may involve a drug screen. Based on the evaluation, recommends a certain level of care either at the Recovery Center or at another facility.

Exercise groups

Coordinates medical care with doctors at EvergreenHealth Monroe, including physical therapy, imaging, lab testing, dietician consultation, medical and emergency care. Offers a higher level of care, called rehabilitation, for those with medical conditions that need continued monitoring. Day Treatment Offers a step-down program for those graduating from the residential treatment program who are still in need of structure throughout the day and evening to abstain. Patients receive the same services as those attending the inpatient program. Patients should:

Have a demonstrated ability to abstain
