Attend open access at the Orchard Outpatient Office on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Intakes are offered to the first individual who qualifies for services.

Provides behavioral health treatment with intensive, coordinated and integrated services. Provides services to individuals in the community, in their homes, in shelters, or wherever necessary.
Offers clients the opportunity to develop sustainable coping skills, vocational skills, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness of mental health illnesses. Team develops individualized treatment goals and continually evaluates individual needs.
Meets twice per week, on average. Also offers assistance with shopping, transportation issues, budgeting and maintaining benefits, medical/dental appointments, and activities of daily living.
