1. Visit the Teladoc website above. 2. Create an account if you do not have one. 3. Request a visit via phone or video. A smartphone or tablet with internet access or cellular service is required to participate in a video visit.

Molina Healthcare provides 24/7 virtual care to Apple Health (Medicaid) and Marketplace members in Washington State. Members can speak with a licensed doctor or nurse practitioner via phone or video chat to discuss their symptoms and treatment options. If medically appropriate, prescription medication may be provided. Common health concerns that can be treated virtually include: · Cold and flu symptoms · Pink eye · Rashes · Stomach flu · Allergies · Back pain · Urinary tract infections (adult women only) Virtual care is provided by Teladoc Health, a contracted provider of Molina. Virtual Care is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.
