Those that are living within Kent, Covington, Auburn, Algona and Pacific; ZIP codes 98001 (E of I-5 and outside of the Federal Way School District), 98002, 98030, 98031, 98032 (Kent School District only), 98042 (W of HWY 18), 98047, 98092 (Auburn only).
Eligible participants receive assistance ONCE PER YEAR.
