Provides family preservation and evidence-based support services to stabilize families, strengthen parenting skills, improve child safety, and prevent out-of-home placement. Services include in-home coaching, crisis stabilization, safety planning, and structured skill-building interventions.

Provides community-based services for children and adults requiring support in residential, community, and employment settings. Services include family preservation, staffed residential care for children, interim care for children and families with special needs, behavioral rehabilitation, adult supported living, elder care, and employment services for individuals with disabilities and those receiving public assistance.
