Description

Native Resource Hub exists as a central resource point for those affiliated with the Native American and Alaskan Native Communities. Coordinate care for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns prior to crisis; assist with accessing treatment beds (voluntary and involuntary); follow-up on crisis Lifeline referrals; coordinate care after client has been discharged from a facility; provide culturally appropriate resources; assist designated Crisis Responders to connect with Tribal and non-Tribal behavioral health service resources; provide light case management (follow-up for two weeks); collect individual feedback on cultural sensitivity of treatment facilities and programs.
