Native Resource Hub exists as a central resource point for those affiliated with the Native American and Alaskan Native Communities. Coordinates care for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns prior to crisis, assists with accessing treatment beds (voluntary and involuntary), follow-up on crisis Lifeline referrals, coordinates care after client has been discharged from a facility, provides culturally appropriate resources, assists designated Crisis Responders to connect with Tribal and non-Tribal behavioral health service resources, provides light case management (follow-up for two weeks), and collects individual feedback on cultural sensitivity of treatment facilities and programs.
