Application process
To apply for a Marriage License both parties must be present and be 18 years of age or older, with photo ID.
Application process can start online, if no computer, the office has some available.
Submit application in person (both applicants at the same time), or by mail (notarized).
After license is signed by couple, officiator, and witnesses, return it to the office to get certified copies.
