Eligibility
Focuses on those that live within King County but open to anyone riding Metro transit.
Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Citizenship status is not a factor in determining eligibility.

Reduced fares: King County Metro buses is $1.00 per trip any time of day, for one- or two-zone travel.
Sound Transit Link light rail is $1.00
Youth under 18 ride for free,
Seattle Streetcar is $1.50; $1.00 (RRFP)
Kitsap Transit is $1. 00
King County Water Taxi :
- $4.50 between Downtown Seattle and West Seattle; $2.50 (RRFP)
- $3.75 between Downtown Seattle and Vashon Island; $3.00 (RRFP)

Offers a reduced-fare program for area residents whose household income is at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below.
The card is valid for rides on the following:
- King County Metro buses, ST Link Light Rail, Everett Transits & Pierce Transit
- Sound Transit trains, buses and light rail
- Seattle street cars
- King County water taxis
- Use the E-Purse feature and place any amount between $5 and $300 on the ORCA LIFT card. This is a good choice if the card is used occasionally. When the user taps the card on the ORCA reader, the ORCA LIFT fare will be deducted from the E-purse.
- A monthly PugetPass can be loaded on the ORCA LIFT card for unlimited rides for the entire month. This is a good choice for regular riders.
