M-Th, 9am-4pm.
Intake is done through a coordinated entry system and must contact the Community Housing Network to access services. Applicants may also complete the assessment online at or call 509-436-9086.
Tenants pay rent on a sliding scale.

Provides permanent support housing for individuals who were previously chronically homeless, have a diagnosed mental illness, and earn less than 30 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Also provides case management tenants.

The Women’s Resource Center is a full support services agency that assists families and individuals with referrals and crisis interventions, emergency and transitional shelter, childcare and enrichment programs, as well as food and clothing.
