Enter driveway at Sequim Medical Plaza, follow signs to the back of the main building where there is parking and the clinic entrance with the benches. Please arrive by 4:30 PM--first come first served basic at the urgent care clinic.

The Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic is a place where professional health care volunteers provide affordable, quality, compassionate basic medical care to the uninsured and underinsured in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley. Services include basic care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, prescription writing, assistance with the PAP process for higher cost medicine from drug companies. Other services not provided are referred to medical specialists, dentists, labs and x-ray services.

At Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic professional health care volunteers provide quality basic medical care to uninsured and underinsured people who live in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley. DVHWC offers four main services to its patients, a twice weekly Basic Urgent Care Clinic, a Chronic Healthcare Clinic (CHC), Dental Referral Services, and Wellness education.
