Provides transportation vouchers to community members who cannot operate or afford a personal vehicle. Assistance is personalized and can include paying for a taxi service or ferry rides.
Upon application and approval, citizens will be able to access transportation services provided only by participating providers. Providers include taxi companies, ferries, and water taxis.
