Patients of Kaiser Permanente Medical Group who have an outstanding balance with Kaiser Permanente and an annual gross household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. Must have exhausted all other financial assistance and insurance options.

Focus Population
Offers temporary financial assistance and charity care to low-income, uninsured, and under-served patients of Kaiser Permanente providers. Also provides financial counseling for outstanding Kaiser Permanente medical and pharmacy bills if patient is unemployed or without other significant income.
Kaiser Permanente Health Care
Primary care facility with additional health education services, including parenting and childbirth classes, smoking cessation clinics, weight reduction, diabetes education, a chronic pain group, and an adult children of dysfunctional families group. Non-members are also welcome.
