Supports young adults and families with children who are at risk of losing housing. Provides mediation, problem-solving, stabilization planning, and flexible financial assistance when appropriate to prevent homelessness.
Independent Youth Housing Program
Provides individualized housing stabilization for young adults with lived experience in foster care. Support may include prevention assistance, rapid re-housing, or transitional housing depending on each young person's situation. Case management focuses on financial literacy, employment, education, and long-term housing sustainability.
