The HIV program services include: HIV counseling, HIV outreach and education, HIV case management, and the HIV Program Quality Improvement Group, some housing assistance & Peer Navigation. All services are confidential.

The mission of KPHD is to prevent disease and protect and promote the health of all people in Kitsap County.
