Provides respite care for homeless persons who are injured, too ill to be in shelters, or on the streets but not sick enough to be in the hospital, and for those being discharged from the hospital without a home to recuperate

Yakima Neighborhood Health Services
YNHS, a Community Health Center, provides comprehensive health and social services to individuals and families in Yakima County. Nine primary care locations in the Yakima Valley include medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, health insurance application assistance, housing help (including housing for unhoused individuals and families), rental assistance, and other basic needs assistance. YNHS does not require or ask for citizenship status for any programs.
