Provides coordinated entry access to local programs that can assist in housing searches, financial assistance with move-in costs such as security deposits, first/last month's rent, utility deposits, and specialized information and referral. Programs that are covered by this service include Housing and Essential Needs (HEN), Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG), Young Adult Housing Program (YAHP), and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH).
