Located on the eastern edge of Gardiner Weeks Memorial Park, southwest of W Park St. Transportation provided to and from the center. Call Snoqualmie Valley Transportation at (425) 888-7001 for information on using public transportation to get to the Center and to make reservations for door-to-door service.

Eligibility

Snoqualmie Valley residents who are recovering from surgery, healing after an injury, or navigating a temporary mobility challenge. Not limited to older adults.

Leave a voicemail with name, phone number, and the type of equipment needed. A volunteer will call back within five days.
