Parent or guardian may call the office and make an appointment. Students may be referred by the school nurse.
Fees
Offers sliding scale fee. Accepts all forms of WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurances - including TriCare (United Healthcare Military & Veterans) Dental (with no out-of-pocket costs for covered services for those with qualifying incomes). No child in need of dental care is turned away due to inability to pay.

Provides services to all children birth through 20 years of age, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.. Accepts all forms of Apple Health and most insurances - including TriCare (United Healthcare Military & Veterans) Dental (with no out of pocket costs for covered services for those with qualifying incomes) and uninsured children are seen on a sliding scale fee basis. Provides the highest quality dental services which include: - preventive care and education, - comprehensive exams, - x-rays, - cleanings, - fillings, - extractions, - root canals, - sealants, - space maintainers, - permanent crowns, - fluoride treatments - emergency care - oral surgery (third molars only) and - general anesthesia (ages 3-8).
