This clinic offers dental care for all children and for established PCHS medical patients in a patient-centered medical home model. Our dental clinics are located in: Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Key Peninsula, and Belfair. Can only serve non-established adult patients with emergencies.
Peninsula Community Health Services
Provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, pharmacy services, and health education. Services are available to patients without regard for ability to pay.
