Offers families pre- and post-purchase homebuyer education classes with a complete curriculum that includes credit repair, financial literacy, budgeting, mortgage affordability, home maintenance, loan packaging, and loss mitigation. Housing Counselors are bi-lingual in English/Spanish.

Provides a broad spectrum of affordable housing solutions for qualifying low-income individuals and families throughout central Washington. Our programs include affordable multifamily rental housing serving workforce, farmworkers, senior/elderly and families with low-incomes. Affordable homeownership opportunities through our sweat equity-based self-help program for low-income first-time homebuyers. HUD approved housing counseling agency providing free bilingual (English/Spanish) housing counseling services to clients. Our resident services program helps connect households to community supports and opportunities to help them thrive.
