Children and Family Support Services provides services for Whitman and Garfield Counties, the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), and Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) for Washington State residents. Provides support for children birth to three through 2 programs: Early Intervention Services and Ages and Stages Program. Early intervention services are designed to support children with a developmental delay or diagnosis. Provides assessments to determine eligibility. Therapy services may be provided in home, childcare, and community settings to support the child through and Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Developmental specialists, speech therapists, occupational therapist, physical therapist, registered dietician, and family resources coordinators (FRC) are available to support the family.
