Eligibility

Adults ages 18 and older who have had an opioid dependency for at least one year. Cannot accept those using benzodiazepines.

Hours

M-F, 5:15am-6am (Workers Dosing) 6am-11:45am. (Standard Dosing)

Application process

Must participate in an initial medical intake, bio-psycho-social assessment, and urine drug screen to enroll in the program.

Fees

Accepts Private Pay, Group Health, Molina, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Provides medications for opioid use disorder, counseling, group therapy, and medical care for people seeking recovery from opioids. Helps patients manage their withdrawal symptoms with methadone and buprenorphine. Clients receive personalized treatment with a combination of medication and therapy-based intervention to help them stop using opioids while supporting their mental and physical well-being.
