Eligibility

Adults ages 18 or older with a developmental/intellectual disability. Generally requires funding through the Developmental Disabilities Administration CORE Waiver.

Hours

M-F, 9am-5pm. Program hours vary.

Individuals or family members may self-refer or be referred by the DSHS Developmental Disabilities Administration.

Provides Supported Living Services (SLS) for persons with mild to severe developmental and intellectual disabilities.   Clients receive in-home assistance including daily living skills training, transportation and assistance with all personal and community needs.   Staff members remain in client's home for up to 24 hours a day depending on the client's support needs (rotating staff - they do not live with the clients). Also specializes in supporting individuals who have deafness and blindness in conjunction with other developmental disabilities, with a staff team that includes over 25 employees who are deaf.
