Eligibility

Unpaid family caregivers caring for seniors and adults with disabilities. Additional support may be available if the person receiving care is age 55 or older, enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or needs help with activities such as bathing, walking, and taking medications.

M-F, 8am-4:30pm.

Provides assistance to unpaid caregivers with resources and information to help them continue at-home care. Services may include - Help finding local resources - Help finding support groups and counseling - Training on specific caregiving topics - Respite care for needed breaks

Provides a network of in-home and community services, supports, programs and assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Pacific Counties. O3A'S multidimensional approach includes both direct and contracted service delivery; community outreach with disease prevention and health promotion; and strategies to increase access to medical, health care, and supportive services. O3A can help explore options, answer questions, and link to services.
