Eligibility
North Bend residents who are ages 65 and older, or who have a permanent, documented disability.
Household income must be at or below $49,435 per year.
Low-income guidelines are based on the individuals having a combined disposable income in an amount that would qualify them for a property tax exemption.

M-Th, 8:30am-noon, 1-4:30pm
F, 8:30am-noon.
Application process
Call or visit website. Applicants must reapply for the utility reduction every 12 months.

Description
