Age 18 and older with primary diagnosis of alcohol or drug addictive disorders.
Hours
- Detox services: M-Sa, 7:30am.
- Office: M-F, 7:30am-5:30pm, Sa, 7:30am-noon.
- Weekends: OHP patients only.
