Primary care providers screen new and established patients for common behavioral health disorders and addiction issues. Refers patients to onsite behavioral health specialists, and works with the behavioral health specialist to create a personalized care plan. Services may include - Counseling - Psychiatric medication management - Connections to community resources - Medication for opiate use disorders such as Suboxone and Vivitrol

For the uninsured, a discounted fee program is available based upon a family's financial resources.
