Provides wraparound services to individuals living with mental illness. Connects clients with the resources needed to maintain stability in the community and achieve recovery goals. Teams comprise nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, vocational counselors, peer support staff, and SUD counselors who meet frequently with clients to deliver treatment and support in the safety and comfort of their own homes or within the community. Facilitates access to educational opportunities, enabling clients to complete their GED or return to college. Offers employment support to assist in finding full- or part-time work. Delivers individual therapy, case management, SUD services, medication management, and therapeutic groups.
Navos
Provides comprehensive mental health services for King County residents. Services include case management, crisis intervention, substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, inpatient psychiatric treatment, and limited housing and vocational services. Also provides counseling and mental health services for families, older adults and youth.
