Those who are experiencing homelessness or are low-income and enrolled in public assistance programs such as Basic Food, WIC, SSI/SSDI, TANF, or subsidized housing.

"Pay What You Can" model: Suggested payment of $25/pet. No one under the federal poverty line is turned away for inability to pay.

Services offered include the following: - Wellness and sick pet care - General exams - Dog and Cat DHPP/FVRCP vaccines - Rabies vaccines - Dog Leptospirosis vaccines - Dog Bordetella/kennel cough vaccines - Medically needed nail trims - Medically needed anal gland expression - Flea protection - Deworming - Microchipping Also strives to offer pet supplies such as food, leashes, and other items, as available.
