Right off Ash/Maple and Maxwell Ave; the 21 Broadway bus runs every 15 minutes on the week day and comes straight here from the downtown plaza and back.

Eligibility

Pregnant and post-partum women, infants and children under age 5 and at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Hours

M-F, 8:30am-5pm by appointment only.

Application process

Call for eligibility and to make an appointment. WIC in person appointments available. Appointments to pick up items or new cards are an option.

Description

Provides a nutrition program and food assistance for pregnant and post-partum women and infants and children under age 5. Offers nutrition and health assessments and education, breastfeeding counseling, vouchers for specific nutritious foods, health screenings and referrals, and referrals to other health and social programs.
