Provides comprehensive assistance to customers seeking health coverage by helping them enroll in Apple Health (Medicaid) or Qualified Health Plans through WA Healthplanfinder. Community‑Based Workers guide individuals through the application process, explain eligibility requirements, and help gather necessary documentation. They also support customers in understanding their benefits, resolving coverage issues, reporting life changes, renewing coverage, and maintaining continuous enrollment over time. Ensures individuals remain connected to affordable health insurance and receive ongoing support as their needs change.

Serves residents in Adams, Ferry, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, and Stevens counties by connecting them to a coordinated regional support network of approximately 130 Navigators operating across 30 community‑based organizations in Eastern Washington. The Network provides localized assistance, helps residents access services more efficiently, and strengthens collaboration among partner agencies to ensure consistent, community‑focused support.
