Step-by-step in locating housing, completing applications, interviews, compliance paperwork, and lease signing. Assist individuals in finding, securing, and maintaining housing by overcoming barriers with past evictions, criminal and credit issues.

Stand Downs are typically one- to three-day events during which VA staff and volunteers provide food, clothing and health screenings to homeless and at-risk Veterans. A Care Coordinator will spend time understanding participants’ needs and help participants and family connect to available resources such as housing, health insurance, childcare, food assistance programs, and other services. The services available differ by area.

Federal program for navigating the Long Term Care (LTC) services and processes so that the individual may receive any desired help with meeting their personal care needs including getting dressed, driving to appointments, or making meals. Offers Pathfinder services to help find providers in the area as well as different types of services depending on special circumstances, needs, or demographics.

Provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, crisis 24-hour domestic hotline, legal advocacy, women's support groups, advocacy-based counseling, children's programs, and housing services for victims of domestic violence and their children.

Peer coaches support individuals in recovery from: - Addiction Issues (chemical/behavioral) - Mental Health Challenges (short/long term diagnosis, grief & loss) - Chronic Illness (HIV/Hep C – Newly Dealing/Newly Diagnosed) Peer coaches are individually matched with people seeking support in their recovery. The matched pair meets for one hour per week for 26 weeks. Coaches are individuals in recovery who have reached long-term stability. Peer Employment Connections Offers weekly peer support groups that support participants to address fears and barriers about returning to work or work through obstacles they are encountering in their job. Offers vocational assessments, job search tools, resume building, interview preparation, coaching, benefits planning, employment-related clothing and transportation support, and ongoing support for job retention. Resource Connections Offers individualized support to identify and access a range of community resources such as housing or medical care. Participants meet one-to-one with a peer to help make the linkages to essential supports.

Chief Seattle Club has periodic funding that may provide rental assistance, including past-due utilities, to those requiring assistance contingent on eligibility requirements. The homelessness prevention program only serves zip codes located in the City of Seattle. Chief Seattle Club's Rapid Rehousing program provides case management and temporary financial assistance to eligible members. The program assists members experiencing homelessness find long-term, affordable housing. The program requires the individuals search for housing in King County, outside counties are not eligible for assistance, and to be making under 50% of the area median income.
