Clients are screened for eligibility. -  Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing: Manages several housing units and works with many landlords in Yakima County to provide housing for individuals and families. -  Street Outreach: Outreach team (nurses, behavioral health specialists, outreach, and housing specialists) visit local shelters and other places where homeless might be, hoping to engage individuals and offer services. - Helps with motel vouchers when funding permits.

Provides a long-term shelter with various programs which include case management, education, work skills, and post-shelter support. Additional programs may be available depending on needs. Families must be referred to the shelter and acceptance is based on availability and the family's willingness to work the program. Referrals often come from local pastors or outreach coordinators of local churches. The shelter also accepts referrals from DSHS, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Washington's Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Child Protective Services, Columbia River Mental Health, and Sea Mar Community Services Northwest.

Operates a 4 bedroom dorm-style facility with 3 beds per room that accommodates male/female/LGBT+ young adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Requires one year sobriety from substance use, have children under 18, attend regular recovery meeting, and monthly community meetings.

Also owns single occupancy units for individuals exiting shelter. SRO units have shared community areas, kitchens and bedroom facilities.

Jubilee’s two-year transitional housing program offers a safe, supportive living environment for women experiencing homelessness in King County. The program focuses on employment readiness, financial independence, and personal growth. Residents live in fully furnished private rooms within shared dormitory-style homes, and participate in structured phases designed to help them stabilize, build skills, and prepare for permanent housing.
