The Winlock Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction and provides exclusive original jurisdiction over alleged violations of all City of Winlock ordinances and some state statutes. These charges may include non-traffic infractions, traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors.
