Helps farmworkers find jobs and connect with community resources. Farmworker employment specialists assist farmworkers by assessing skills and interests and preparing an employment plan. Offers the following services prioritized for farmworkers: - Job listings, job referrals and hiring events - Resume, application and interviewing assistance - Use of computers, photocopiers and phones - Skill assessments and referrals to training and other resources Connects farmworkers to community resources for help with finding housing, training, child care, education, and health care.

Provides community based assessments and job placements through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for consumers who have a chronic mental illness.
