The agency practices the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) process for caregivers who feed feral cats and trap them in humane traps, then take them to a spay/neuter program, and after recovery, the cats are returned to the area where they are being fed. Traps are available on loan.

As part of the national marking system, the tip of one of the cat's ears will be humanely marked to identify the cat as already altered. All cats will be returned to their caregivers the same day as surgery. Cats cannot be kept for adoption. Cat traps are available for rent. Requires a refundable $75 cash deposit. When traps are returned, the deposit amount will be returned by check.
