After School All Stars is a middle school recreation program. Each location has its own activities and special events that keep teens engaged, active and healthy.

Provides programs and services designed to help older adults gain strength, energy and flexibility through physical activity, as well as enjoy a wide variety of clubs and social events.  Clubs and Social Events are available.  Group Exercise includes: -  Stretching -  Yoga -  Silver Sneakers Walking Club -  Aerobics Body Shop -  Core Strength -  Enhance Fitness -  Moderate Movement -  Stability Ball and Tai Chi  Swimming and Water Fitness Programs include: -  Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program -  Shallow Water Aerobics -  Water Workout  Program details vary by branch location.

Provides recreation for adults with disabilities. Events are held throughout the community, and include movie nights, dances, games and more.

Provides a youth center for students 3rd-8th grades where they are able to participate in activities. Promotes the growth of youth through a wide range of group and individual educational, recreational, cultural activities, physical and health activities. Activities include: - Nutrition / Cooking Classes - taught by Central Washington University Nutrition Students - Boys Group - Girls Group - Arts and Crafts - Games - Table Games: Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey - Nintendo Wii: Rock Band 2, Tony Hawk Ride, Smash Brothers Brawl

Sports, fun and exploring new interests aren’t just for the young! Along with improving health, whenever teamwork is involved there’s the added benefit of being connected to others.  Individual sports and recreational activities also improve the health of the spirit while exercising the body.  

Instructs in traditional Shito-Ryu Karate, including self-defense information and techniques. Instructors work with students at the individual's level within a mixed level class. Instruction is available for those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Up to 20 students maximum per class.

Offers a variety of sports and recreational programming, including fitness and wellness facilities, an aquatics center, day and vacation camps, an art gallery, cultural and educational programs, social events, and meeting and event spaces.

Provides meeting rooms, pool room, kitchen, reading area, health screening, and programs for seniors such as fitness classes, craft projects, computer classes, and outings.

Offers ballet, tap, hip-hop and creative camps and classes for preschoolers to greater youth ages. Class offerings also include Tae Kwon Do, soccer and pottery, wheel, ceramics, clay, and other arts for various ages. After school programs are being offered at Cedarhurst Elementary, Glacier Middle School, and possibly Sylvester MS late night. Weekly Summer Camps.

Offers a variety of classes and activities for youth and adults living with intellectual disabilities.   A few activities offered include day camps, sports, movies, weight training and social clubs.

Offers a variety of programs for youth in Tukwila. Summer camps are offered. Year round classes offer activities such as music instruction, and sports.   Also provides after school activities during the school year. A. S. A. P operates an after school activity program which includes arts and crafts, games and dedicated time for homework and reading help. Afternoon snacks are also provided.  

Offers weekly day camps for youth in the summer.   Organizes field trips to different activities throughout King County.

Provides recreation and human service programs for preschool, elementary-age youth and their families.   Offers recreational activities like sports, fitness, arts and enrichment. Features a water spray play area in summer months.

Provides a summer day camp for pre-school through mid-high school.

Offers an after-school program that integrates soccer, poetry and service-learning through community service projects. Students play soccer and learn lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership while taking part in physical exercise. During the fall, participants work on reading and writing skills through poetry, which is also performed to build self-confidence. In the spring, students work with teammates to design and implement a community service project in their neighborhood.   Program takes place at nine elementary schools in South Seattle. Each session is 90 minutes. Provides transportation, uniforms and other necessary supplies for youth to participate.

Sporting activities held in the gym for all ages include basketball, volleyball, racquetball and wallyball.   Little League, aquatics and water sport classes and lessons are also available.   Activities in fitness room include weight training, fitness classes and aerobics.   Classes for preschoolers, youth and adults include arts, crafts and dance.

Oasis Centers are "full service" youth centers serving street and homeless youth. The youth centers provide services such as shower, laundry, food, clothes and hygiene products, job-training opportunities, tutoring, mentoring, activities, email and mail service.  Youth are encouraged to commit themselves to case management so as to help them deliberately with making changes in their lives.

Provides a positive environment for youth to learn and develop their athletic skills. Sports include soccer, martial arts, t-ball, tumbling, basketball, dance, and more. Please note that not all youth sports programs are offered at every branch. Each of our Youth Sports Coaches goes through a YMCA Coach’s Orientation and commits to modeling the Y’s core values.

Offers an after school program that focuses on high energy activities and games for elementary school students in grades K-6th.

Offers a free late night program for youth in 7th grade through age 19. The event is located at the Meridian Middle School gymnasium.   Offers an open gym and other activities. Friends and new attendees are welcome.
