Compass Health services are designed to promote positive changes in behavior, help the child /youth and family learn appropriate coping skills, improve communication skills including learning to resolve conflict and manage emotions in a healthy manner.

Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live.
