Offers gender-specific and Native American support groups, outreach for homeless individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues, a state-approved 8-hour Alcohol & Drug Information course for court fulfillment, DUI evaluations for treatment recommendations, Intensive Outpatient Treatment (9-20 hours/week), Outpatient Treatment (less than 9 hours/week), and individual mental health counseling for those with chemical dependency. All services are DBHR-certified.

Services offered include: comprehensive substance use assessment, DUI assessment, outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, aftercare, random urinalysis screening, case management, as well as coordination and treatment for co-occurring disorders. Treatment services include individual and group counseling. The frequency of individual and group counseling can range between monthly, weekly or three times a week.

HarborCrest employs Specimen Test Technicians specially trained in drug screening technology. The drug screening service provides BAT (Breath Alcohol Testing) and urine specimen collection for drug testing.  Staff are trained for DOT and non-DOT testing, as well as hair testing and other tests for hazardous substances. Works with most labs and can offer 24 hour or less turn around time for specimens.
