FOCIS is a 30-day intervention for families of children who are experiencing a mental health and behavioral crisis. In-home and community-based services include mental health therapy, therapeutic aid services, intensive case management, 24-hour crisis on-call support, and care coordination and connection to resources. FOCIS is appropriate for children 18 years and younger and their families who require additional support to successfully transition from in-patient care.
